I am excited to announce that I am available for poetry mentoring and manuscript editing in 2021.

I’m especially interested in editing the work of people from underrepresented groups: women writers, working-class writers, BAME writers, LGBT+ writers and disabled writers.

This work is supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. There is no fee for working with me.

My editorial experiences include working with Jake Hawkey on his poetry chapbook Breeze Block as well as editing several issues of The Open Ear.

At this time, I am only able to read poetry manuscripts of 20 – 40 pages (most likely pamphlets, chapbooks or short book manuscripts).

All mentoring meetings will take place virtually, over Zoom, Skype or Teams, depending on preference.

If you are interested in working with me, please use the Contact Me box below. You can introduce yourself, outline your experience in poetry, and tell me a little bit more about your manuscript.

Due to demand, please know that I may not be able to work with everyone.
